Today was LC Meeting

Today was LC meeting with our fresh people. Today I was looking at my LC and I was so happy being here among THESE people, I have feeling that we are one big family, each one is so close to other.

Moscow is huge and crazy city with hundreds problems and hundreds opportunities, it is like animal who can eat you if you wont be fast and smart enough to find your niche, I ve looked at members, at teamleaders and of course at our EB team : this year was so hard for us, in team we felt all emotions from anger and fear to love and happiness but we never give up and we stayed for Moscow!

I ve seen how much people changed, they are so strong and confidence in themselves. We have members from all over Russia and not only ( Japan and Burundi), and I learnt so many things from each of you:)))

Today we have 6 new teamleaders and soon i m sure they will achieve best results. I have feeling that next TLs and next EB team are better than ours and will do much more then previous year to develop LC:))))

It IS HIGH TIME!!! LETS ROCK!!! I MEAN REALLY ROCK!

After training "Selling skill: advanced level

Training was made by «ZH and M Consulting" =), namely Roma Zhukov and Roma Mokienko (alumni), for EB members and team leaders.

It was something amazing!!! It was one of some trainings when I didn't feel even a wish to look at my wrist-watch and didn't feel the time… in spite of the fact that have only 2 hours sleeping tonight. IT means that materials was necessary, trainers – professional, listeners – attentive, training process - balanced between serious parts and fun moments, static and dynamic!!! One more remarkable thing about trainers… it was near the ideal pair when one trainer support atmosphere and another one catch group attention on the most significant aspects!

For me was noteworthy when Roma Zh. paid our attention to two steps of selling process: preparation and follow up!!! We always know that it's important to be prepared for meeting, but we often forget about post-selling servicing such as congratulations on holidays, new letters, and so on. Know I know six simple actions that must be done for supporting relationships with partners. Thanks a lot for that!

And I want to thank Roma and Roma for training and Lina for organizing this meeting! Also want to thank all participants for constructive feedback and activeness!

And now short story about VERY good Sales manager! Sory for Russian =) It is joke!

Жил был один менеджер по продажам. Пошел устраиваться на работу. Долго ли коротко ли резюме рассылал, а как-то пришел в одну контору на собеседование с генеральным директором. И шло у них собеседование шесть часов. Уже и директор взмок, и менеджер три раза воды просил. А все никак не могут договориться. Начинали с двухсот баксов в месяц - а уже за два с половиной килобакса спорят, и проценты, и бонусы, и какие-то еще там спортзалы, мобильные связи, обеды, подъемные, страховки, отпуск, командировочные, машину служебную, ноутбук, кучу всякого менеджер себе выбил. Сдался в итоге генеральный директор, все условия выполнил. Все, что менеджер просил - дал.

Приступил менеджер к работе, и за первый месяц увеличил продажи втрое, потом вдесятеро, потом в сто раз, потом вообще все в конторе продал, включая мебель, канцтовары, секретаршу - мужикам в баню, базу данных клиентов - конкурентам, а самого шефа - налоговой.

Потому что это был ОЧЕНЬ хороший менеджер по продажам...

Best case practice

Half a day of hard brainstorm and...we have a concept of our external leadership conference in March!
It will be based on our Competency Model! Can you imagine, company representatives will tell external students about OUR AIESEC competencies - how they are useful during work at their company! ;)
And as this conference will be the final point of promotion for Spring recruitment, we will recieve newies, who already knows about Competency Model!!!

Filling the application for LCP...

DDL for LCP application was almost 5 hours ago ... But there are lots of thoughts, ideas and wish to add something to application.

Filling the application was very hard work to find appropriate words to express feelings and attitude that I have. It seems to me that application gave me higher level of understanding of AIESEC, of my role in AIESEC, of myself.

Application was the first check point to the way for LCP position. Also will be interview, elections... and deep disscussing and understanding due to find right words to express my feelings.

Team days

Today we finished our Team days!!! It was something amazing - we did so many things: discussed coming conference JAM 2007, made HR-planning, gave feedback to each other and created a new ROLL-CALL!!!
